Lea B.

Lea B. is a Senior Manager at CDP, where they support cities, states, and regions in the MEA region in efforts to mitigate and adapt to climate change. With expertise in Human Rights, Environmental, EU, and International Law, Lea holds multiple degrees including an LL.M. in European Law and a PGCert in Climate Change Management. They have also served as a consultant for the Council of Europe’s Social Charter Committee and the Venice Commission. Previously, Lea worked as a caseworker supporting refugees and was involved in comparative labor law and privacy rights at OneTrust DataGuidance. Fluent in German, English, and French, Lea has additional knowledge of Spanish developed during a year spent working with indigenous communities in Huancavelica, Peru.
