Luca Picchio serves as the CStaR Lead in Disclosure Operations at CDP since February 2021, overseeing the disclosure of cities, states, and public authorities while managing a team and improving operational processes. Previously, Luca held positions including Disclosure Operations Officer and Business Systems Support Officer at CDP, where significant achievements included merging 5,000 duplicate organizations and automatic mapping of Japanese cities to the CDP platform. Luca also specializes in ESG Reporting at Exceed Italia, focusing on corporate sustainability, stakeholder engagement, and supply chain ESG audits. Prior experience includes roles at The Wellington Hospital, Global Action Plan, and London Sustainability Exchange, with qualifications from 24ORE Business School and Birkbeck, University of London in sustainability, environmental politics, and management.
