Melanie V. possesses a diverse range of experience in operations and account management, having served as the Global Operations - Account Management Lead and Senior Account Manager at Choco from August 2019 to January 2022. Prior to this role, Melanie V. held two positions at Santa Clara Community Action Program, including Program Coordinator for ESL on campus and Department Coordinator for Education and Mentoring from September 2016 to June 2017.
