Monique Ewerton

Monique Ewerton is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in environmental finance and community engagement. Currently serving as Nature Finance Manager in Thought Leadership at CDP since March 2020, Monique has held various roles including Senior Project Officer and Corporate Engagement Fellow, focusing on managing environmental risks and promoting CDP's business and environmental benefits. Prior experience includes a Social Media and Marketing Intern position at Factory Farming Awareness Coalition, where Monique developed content to raise awareness about sustainable food systems, and a Production Intern role at Farm.One, a vertical farming start-up. Monique also gained valuable experience as a Community Services Intern for the New York City Council, where responsibilities included researching constituent cases and maintaining accurate records. Earlier roles include research and writing at Police Reform Organizing Project. Monique holds a BA in Public Policy with a concentration in Environmental Studies from New York University.
