Paul Wenman has extensive work experience in the field of sustainability and corporate responsibility. Paul started their career at ERM in 1984, where they worked on environmental assessments for various projects. In Brussels, they conducted policy studies for the European Commission on topics such as acid rain and sustainable development. Paul then joined Ernst & Young in 1997, where they established and led their sustainability and corporate responsibility services group. After leaving Ernst & Young, Paul worked as a partner at ERM, focusing on European Corporate Advisory Services and Environmental Information Management Systems. Paul later became the owner of InvestAssure, a company that provides research and advisory services on responsible sourcing and investment. Currently, Paul serves as the Global Director of Disclosure Content at CDP.
Paul Wenman completed their undergraduate education from 1977 to 1980 at the University of East Anglia, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Environmental Science. Following this, from 1981 to 1982, Paul attended the University of Birmingham to pursue a Master of Science degree in Applied Meteorology and Climatology.
