菲（Fei Geng）耿 currently serves as the Vice President of Investments at CPE since May 2021 and holds a position as a Senior Associate at China Everbright Limited since August 2019. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Associate at 易凯资本有限公司 from August 2017 to July 2019, and an Investment Intern at IDG Capital in June 2017. Earlier in 2017, Sales and Trading internships were completed at both Fortex, Inc. and Advanced Markets Group. Before transitioning into investment roles, 菲（Fei Geng）耿 worked as an Assistant Manager at 毕马威 from October 2011 to January 2015. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in International Economics and Trade from Renmin University of China and a Master of Science in Finance from Brandeis International Business School obtained between 2015 and 2016.
