CPE123 Solutions provides solutions that streamline and support NASBA-registered CPE sponsors with administrative activities related to delivering continuing professional education to CPAs and EAs.

Our mission is to build efficient and simplified capabilities that will allow you to spend less time on administrative tasks related to managing the compliance and administrative aspects of your NASBA-accredited CPE courses while allowing you to focus on the content itself. CPE123 provides you with all the tools to stay compliant before, during, and after you deliver your courses to learners.

We envision an integrated ecosystem that connects NASBA, state boards, NASBA Registry sponsors, and learners through accurate accreditation, automated pre- and post-course documentation, certificates, reporting and confirmation of accredited content to NASBA and state boards, submissions for NASBA Registry renewal applications, and reporting course completions to the State Boards of Accountancy on behalf of the course attendees.
