Jeff Robinson

Jeff Robinson is the Deputy Chief Information Officer at the S&T Directorate for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, where they oversee IT infrastructure and services to support the Directorate's R&D mission. With over a decade of executive-level experience, they have successfully managed development teams, directed operations, and provided strategic legal counsel in previous roles. Robinson has also held key positions at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, leading cybersecurity program management, and served as General Counsel at multiple organizations. They earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Maryland School of Law.
