Director Information Technology at CPG

Tonya Black has extensive experience in the field of Information Technology. TONYA currently works as the Director of Information Technology at CPG, where they use their expertise gained from working in support of the Department of Defense to improve processes and efficiency within the company. Prior to this role, Tonya worked as a Senior Information Technology Manager at PAE, where they successfully reduced IT organization headcount, consolidated teams, and implemented cost-saving measures. TONYA also worked as an Information Systems Manager at Computer Science Corporation, where they automated software license tracking, implemented a SharePoint Intranet site for improved communication, and implemented a property management system. Tonya started their career at Raytheon as a Software Developer and Systems Administrator, where they played a crucial role in improving performance, reducing infrastructure costs, and implementing an ERP system.

Tonya Black has a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from Nova Southeastern University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from Florida Atlantic University. In terms of additional certifications, Tonya is a Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile. TONYA also holds a Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate: Windows Server 2008 from Microsoft. Additionally, they are a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile and has a Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC) Security Leadership (GSLC) from the SANS Institute.
