Rick Pensa has held a variety of roles in the corporate world since 1974. Rick began their career as a District Manager at SmithKline Beecham, followed by a Vice President role at Maximum Sales in 1982. In 1989, they started at ConAgra Foods as a Trade Marketing Manager and then moved to ConAgra Frozen Foods as a Manager of Field Sales Systems. In 1994, they joined ACNielsen as a Vice President, Group Account Director, where they were responsible for all non-Coca-Cola account business in the Atlanta office. In 1998, they became President/CEO of Insight, Information & Consulting Services, Inc. and in 2001 they took on a Senior Business Consultant role at CAS AG. Most recently, they have been President/CEO of CPGToolBox, Inc. since 2010, where they have developed a cloud-based Trade Promotion Management system built on the force.com platform.
Rick Pensa received a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from the Darla Moore School of Business between 1966 and 1970.
