Steven Holmes is a seasoned professional in the design of water and wastewater treatment plants and conveyance systems, currently serving as a Senior Project Designer at CPH since October 2022. With a career spanning over two decades, Steven has held various senior design and specialist roles at notable firms, including Wright-Pierce, Halff Associates, and GAI Consultants, Inc. In addition to extensive experience as a Senior Designer and Environmental Designer, Steven has operated as a self-employed Senior Designer since 1997, specializing in structural and aerated concrete components. Steven's foundational education at Seminole State College of Florida took place between 1983 and 1986.
