CPH Invest is a boutique real estate investment and development firm focused on structuring high-quality projects for private investors seeking direct access to real assets.

We operate in the niche between traditional private investing and institutional capital — offering tailor-made solutions for individuals and entrepreneurs investing between USD 5 million and USD 25 million.

Founded by Christoph Albeck, with over 20 years of experience in banking, real estate development, and investment structuring, and managed alongside Pamela Adam, who brings two decades of operational expertise in hospitality and project execution, CPH Invest combines strategic insight with on-the-ground delivery.

We specialize in sourcing and structuring off-market real estate opportunities, managing the full development lifecycle — from land acquisition and permitting to construction oversight and investor reporting.

Our projects are based on clear financial models, strong legal frameworks, and direct alignment with investor goals. As an independent partner, we provide full transparency, reliable execution, and personal guidance — without the complexity of funds or intermediaries.

Whether it’s residential, hospitality, or mixed-use development — we turn capital into concrete value, with real performance and long-term impact.
