Christopher Bartz is the Alternate Vice President of the SMART Transportation Division and has held the position of Chairman at the Professional Yardmasters Association of America since 2013. They have served as the General Chairman at Canadian Pacific Railway since 2012 and are also the Chairman of the JD Martin Council for Yardmasters since 2015. With previous experience as a chemical specialist in the United States Army Reserve from 1995 to 2000, Christopher holds an Associate's degree in Fluid Power Technology from Alexandria Technical College, earned between 2001 and 2003. Additionally, they have been employed as a conductor at Canadian Pacific Railway since 2003.
