Robert Hatfield has extensive experience in the railway industry, having worked at Canadian Pacific Railway since July 1987. Currently serving as the Assistant Chief Track & Structures for Alberta and Saskatchewan Divisions, Robert oversees track maintenance, bridge and structure management, capital programs, and production. Previous roles include Assistant Chief Track for the Saskatchewan Division, Director Production Central responsible for upgrading track infrastructure, and Assistant Director Track Renewal. Robert began the career as a laborer and progressed to management in 2003. Additionally, Robert completed basic training in the Naval Reserves with the Canadian Armed Forces in 1986 and holds a Lean Greenbelt certification from Lean Sensei International obtained in 2011. Education was completed at Marcelin High School from 1985 to 1987.
