Thomas Melvin

Thomas Melvin has extensive experience in the railroad industry, having worked for multiple companies over a span of more than two decades. Positions include Engineer and Conductor at Conrail (1994-1999), Road Foreman Engines, Engineer, and Conductor at Norfolk Southern Corporation (1999-2008), and Road Foreman Engines at Amtrak (2008-2014). Thomas also served as Trainmaster at Canadian Pacific Railway and held roles as Road Foreman and Road Foreman of Engines. Educationally, Thomas completed a degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations at the University of Phoenix (2013-2017) and specialized training in Critical Incident Response/Special Police Operations from SERTC in 2015.
