Dee Pinkston

Dee Pinkston is an experienced professional with a strong background in workforce solutions, marketing, and aviation training. Currently serving as the Director of Workforce Solutions at Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc. since February 2018, responsibilities include procuring funding and overseeing multiple community support programs. Previously, positions held include Deputy Director of Workforce Solutions, Program Manager/One-Stop Operator for ARIZONA@WORK Pinal County, and Workforce Business Services Manager, where a focus on providing opportunities for low-income individuals was paramount.
