Hallie Nolan

Hallie Nolan is the Director at Chong + Koster, where they focus on digital engagement in politics and advocacy. A proud alumna of Saint Mary's College, Hallie holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Communication Studies, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Previously, Hallie worked in various roles including a Digital Strategist at STG and an Organizing Fellow with the Indiana Democratic Party, gaining extensive experience in campaign communications and advocacy. Hallie has also served as a Victim Advocate Intern and conducted research for The Children's Museum of Indianapolis.
