Rafael del Castillo

Rafael del Castillo (Gonzalez) serves as the Executive Director of CPM Educational Program, leading initiatives that promote student engagement and mathematical understanding in grades 6-12. With experience as a Principal Partner at Copper Strategic and a Member of the Board of Directors for both Impact Public Schools and Cristo Rey Jesuit Seattle, Rafael focuses on advancing educational equity and preparing students for success. Rafael's advisory role at The Institute for Social and Emotional Learning emphasizes the creation of inclusive school communities, while previous positions include Interim Executive Director at Kids Discovery Museum and Executive Director at Rainier Scholars, where Rafael increased revenue and developed strategic plans.
