Stephanie Paramore Jones

Stephanie Paramore Jones, Ed.D., PMP, CSM is an experienced educational professional currently serving as a Project Manager at CPM Educational Program since February 2024, and an Online Adjunct Instructor at Santa Ana College since August 2023. In addition, Stephanie works as a Professional Development Facilitator with Study Smart Tutors and held the position of Senior Project Manager at The National Society of Leadership and Success in 2023. Previously, Stephanie served as Interim Executive Dean/Dean of Instruction and Student Services at Santa Ana College and as Director of the Student Success and Support Program at North Orange County Community College District. Early career roles included International Exchange Coordinator at EF High School Exchange Year and various positions at College of the Desert. Stephanie holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Concordia University Irvine, a Master of Arts in Psychology from San Diego State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UC Santa Barbara.
