Marisel Espada is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in administrative and project management roles. Since May 2000, Marisel has served as a PROCORE Certified Consultant and PMIS Coordinator at CPM Intl, overseeing training and support for project documentation using Oracle Primavera Contract Manager and Procore. Previous positions include Administrative Assistant at Maldonado & Asociados and the Mortgage Loan Officer Association of Puerto Rico, where Marisel handled various administrative tasks such as bookkeeping and coordinating events.
