Al Padilla has an extensive background in leadership and management, beginning with honorable service in the US Army from June 1987 to May 1991 as part of the 2nd ACR - Cavalry Regiment, which enhanced skills in detail orientation, safety awareness, and multi-tasking. Following military service, Al served as an Account Manager at BRIUS Telecom Solutions LLC from April 2016 to October 2024, contributing to supplier diversity initiatives as part of a women's business enterprise. Currently, as Branch Manager at Central Power Systems and Services since September 2024, Al focuses on providing solutions across power generation, distribution, and related industries. Al holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business and an Associate’s Degree in Management Information Systems from Pasadena City College.
