Jo Yates

Jo Yates has over two decades of experience in the human resources and retail training sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Operations HR at CPP Group PLC since September 2002, Jo Yates has been instrumental in shaping HR strategies and operational efficiency. Prior to this role, Jo Yates was the Head of Retail Training at Tesco Stores Ltd from 2000 to 2002, where expertise in retail training methodologies was developed and implemented.
