Before joining Axis Bank, Piyal worked at ICICI Bank as a Product Manager for Debit Cards and Value Added Services & Indian Platinum Credit Card. A PGDM graduate from Regional College of Management, Bhubaneswar, Piyal completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree from St. Anthony's College in Shillong.
