Andrew Alexander

Andrew Alexander is an experienced professional specializing in proximity design and structural engineering. Currently serving as Proximity Design Supervisor at CPP Wind Engineering Consultants since April 2021, Andrew manages the Proximity Design department for the Sydney operations. Previously, Andrew held roles including Proximity Design Lead and Proximity Designer at The Highgate Group from October 2014 to April 2021, focusing on structural design for climbing walls and team-building courses. Andrew's career began as a CAD Designer and Tower Inspector at Morrison Hershfield from March 2005 to April 2014, producing a wide range of engineering drawings and conducting inspections for telecommunications towers. Earlier experience includes working as a Steel Detailer at CRS Construction, where Andrew created structural drawings for industrial buildings. Andrew holds a Diploma of Technology in Architecture and Building Engineering from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, earned between 2003 and 2005.
