Anisa has over ten years of experience in the insurance industry, including as a researcher at the Mid-America Earthquake Center and as an intern at State Farm Insurance. Anisa is a highly skilled and experienced insurance professional, and their work at CPP Wind has helped the company become one of the leading wind energy providers in the United States.

Anisa Como started their educational career by getting a BS in Civil Engineering from Idaho State University. Anisa then went on to get an MS in Structural Engineering from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Finally, they got a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Structural Engineering from Colorado State University.
