Jared Ritter

Associate Principal & Laboratory Operations Manager, USA at CPP Wind

Jared Ritter joined CPP in January 2012. His work includes exhaust/intake evaluations, wind tunnel and numerical exhaust dispersion assessments, door operability, and outdoor wind comfort assessments. He has also worked on studies to reduce exhaust energy consumption for laboratory research buildings by utilizing variable air volume (VAV) technologies. This includes optimizing VAV lab exhaust systems for simple turndown and wind responsive systems.

Jared has helped improve CPP’s internal data collection and processing. He has participated in ASHRAE research projects, including updating methods for calculating the minimum separation distances for various exhaust stack and intake locations.

Jared holds a BS in mechanical engineering and is a member of ASHRAE.
