Thais has held leadership positions at notable agencies in Brazil, such as Lew Lara/TBWA, Dentsu Creative, and Leo Burnett Tailor Made, focusing on teamwork and measurable results. Currently, Thais serves as the Director of Business at CP+B Brasil and previously directed regional operations for Ferrero in Latin America.
