Aaron Doperalski

Aaron Doperalski is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in enterprise agility and consulting. Currently serving as the Head of People & Process for North America at Cprime, Inc. since 2019, Aaron leads the strategy and execution of Enterprise Agility and Learning Consulting Practices. Previous roles include managing multimillion dollar portfolios as an Enterprise Agile Consultant and Delivery Director, orchestrating digital transformations and executive coaching for Fortune 500 companies. Earlier experiences include providing SAFe coaching at Blue Agility, serving as an Agile Transformation Consultant at GovernmentCIO, and leading usability testing teams at Shadow Health, Inc. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Factors Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
