John Kosco

John Kosco has a diverse work experience starting as an IT Manager at William Mercer in 1990, moving on to become the IT Director at Citistreet in 1997, and then the Project Manager at Accenture in 2003. John later served as the Project Manager at NaviSys from 2003 to 2006. Their role evolved to IT Director at TIAA-CREF from 2006 to 2014, where they focused on Agile practices and continuous improvement. Subsequently, they took on the role of Delivery Manager and Agile Coach at Blue Agility, a Cprime Company, where they advised on various software delivery methods until 2018. John is currently serving as the Delivery Director at Cprime, Inc.

John Kosco earned a BS degree in Computer Science from Monmouth University from 1985 to 1987. Additionally, they obtained various certifications related to SAFe practices, including Certified SAFe® 6 Practice Consultant in 2023, Certified SAFe® 5 Program Consultant in 2019, and SAFe® 4 Certified Program Consultant in 2017.
