Nicolas BASTIEN

Nicolas Bastien is a finance and M&A professional with over 15 years of experience in strategy execution and growth within the tech and engineering services sectors. Currently, they serve as CFO for Cprime, overseeing finance operations across Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore, and managing the integration of a newly acquired Indian subsidiary. Previously, Bastien held roles including M&A Director at ALTEN and M&A and Strategy Manager at BNP Paribas Cardif, where they executed corporate acquisitions and supported IPO initiatives. Their extensive background includes work with KPMG China, where they conducted commercial due diligence and financial analyses for various industries. Bastien holds a Master’s degree in Audit from Bordeaux Ecole de Management and is preparing for the French chartered accountant diploma.
