Rob Farris, ICP-ACC, SPC, is a seasoned Agile and Lean Thinking Coach with extensive experience in driving business outcomes through Agile methodologies. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant and Agile Coach at Cprime, Inc. since December 2018, Rob specializes in guiding leadership and stakeholders to align strategic decision-making with organizational goals. Previously, Rob held multiple roles, including Agile Transformation Consultant at Blue Agility, Enterprise Management Systems Automation Architect at BB&T, and Senior Technology Consultant at Salient CRGT, among others. Rob’s diverse background encompasses change facilitation, tools architecture, and mentoring, underpinned by a Bachelor of Science in Computer Programming & Information Systems from Shepherd University.
