Simon Baugher

Simon Baugher is currently the Senior Director of Go-to-Market Strategy at Cprime, Inc., a Goldman Sachs company. They previously served as a Senior Manager in Retail and Consumer Goods at Cognizant from 2021 to 2023, where they also held various roles including GTM Strategy Leader for the CX and CRM Practice. Simon's experience includes political campaign roles such as Deputy Finance Director for Lois Frankel for Congress and a Field Organizer for the Democratic Party of Arkansas. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Spanish from DePaul University and a Master of Business Administration from Georgetown University.
