Gary Haupt

Gary Haupt is an accomplished metallurgist with extensive experience in various roles within the metallurgy and engineering sectors. Since May 2019, Gary has worked at Lucas Milhaupt as a Metallurgist, while also serving as the Metallurgist Process Engineering Manager at CPS Technologies Corporation since November 2014. Previous experience includes positions at Checon Corp, Johnson Matthey Electronic Materials, and Tosoh SMD, contributing to product development and manufacturing engineering. Gary is actively involved in ASM International, serving on the Executive Committee and as a board member for the Rhode Island and Inland Empire chapters, and has held leadership roles in the ASMMCNE Planning Committee. Additionally, Gary's background includes a Six Sigma Blackbelt role at Honeywell and participation as a TPC Committee member for the IEEE Holm Conference. Gary holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy from Iowa State University.
