Josh Picard

Josh Picard is a Manufacturing Engineer with significant experience in enhancing production efficiency and quality control across multiple industries. Currently employed at CPS Technologies Corp. since June 2023, Josh previously worked at Heat-flo, Inc., where Josh implemented an automated vacuum chamber leak detector system and significantly increased manufacturing rates through CNC technology. Prior roles include overseeing high-value projects at Artisan Industries Inc., where Josh improved manufacturing methods and quality procedures, and a Project Management Co-Op at Worcester Air Conditioning, where Josh managed change orders and optimized operational processes. An alumnus of Wentworth Institute of Technology with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Josh has also developed engineering solutions during internships at MKS Instruments and Universal Plastics Corporation, contributing to process efficiency and product development.
