Emma Davies has extensive legal experience, having worked in various roles since 2004. After starting as a trainee solicitor at Atter Mackenzie solicitors, Emma progressed to assistant solicitor at Ross Brown and Birtwistle. Emma then became a partner and solicitor at Caldicotts and served as partner at Hine Solicitors. From January 2017 to August 2019, Emma held the position of Head of Solicitors Public Defender Service at the Ministry of Justice UK. Currently, Emma serves as the Chief Crown Prosecutor and Deputy Chief Crown Prosecutor at the Crown Prosecution Service, overseeing operations in the East of England. Emma holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Sheffield Hallam University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of the West of England.
