Farheen Baria

Farheen Baria is a Senior Crown Prosecutor in the Crown Court Unit with extensive experience in industrial disease litigation and personal injury cases. They previously served as a Solicitor and Senior Litigator at KhanMather Solicitors from 2019 to 2024, successfully managing a variety of cases and achieving a significant RTA trial win in March 2023. Prior to this, they held similar roles at Roberts Jackson Solicitors and Mellor & Jackson, where they honed their skills in handling NIHL and other personal injury files. Farheen’s legal career began as a Paralegal at Birchfields Solicitors Limited, where they managed over 120 Disease files. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Law and Business at the University of Central Lancashire.
