Frazer Stuart is a Senior District Crown Prosecutor at the Crown Prosecution Service since July 2019, leading a team of remote District Crown Prosecutors and playing a crucial role in the CPSD senior management team. Additionally, Frazer has served as Vice President and Senior Member (Chairman) of the Valuation Tribunal for England since June 2017, handling disputes related to council tax and local taxation appeals. Previous experience includes serving as Head of Legal at the Criminal Cases Review Commission, where responsibilities included providing legal advice and overseeing litigation from October 2014 to June 2019, and working as a Duty Solicitor and Solicitor Advocate for the Public Defender Service from July 2010 to March 2015. Frazer's legal career began with a Trainee Solicitor position at the Public Defender Service from September 2007 to September 2009, following a law degree from the College of Law, Birmingham, and an undergraduate degree in Computer Science from the University of Hull.
