Kate Mellor

Kate Mellor is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in prosecution and litigation. Currently serving as a Senior Crown Prosecutor at the Crown Prosecution Service since July 2019, Kate has developed a strong expertise in criminal law. Prior to this role, Kate held several positions including Solicitor/FCILEx at Nayyars Solicitors and Fraud Rings Litigation Executive at Keoghs. Kate's career began as a Defendant Paralegal at Plexus Law, followed by a role as a Defendant Fraud Paralegal at Weightmans. Kate's educational background includes completing a qualification at the College of Law, Manchester, and earning a degree from Lancaster University.
