Kate Seal

Kate Seal is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as a Specialist Prosecutor at the Crown Prosecution Service since February 2023. Previously, Kate held the position of Senior Crown Prosecutor at CPS from May 2018 to February 2023. Prior experience includes practicing as a Higher Courts Advocate and Solicitor at Stephen Burdon Solicitors from July 2013 to April 2018, and serving as a Solicitor at VHS Fletchers Solicitors in 2015. Kate's career began as a Trainee at Bhatia Best Solicitors and encompassed a role as a Paralegal at the Oklahoma Public Defenders Office in early 2011. Education includes a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) GDL and LPC from Nottingham Law School and a degree in American Studies and History from the University of Nottingham.
