Kunal Davé

Kunal Davé is an experienced legal professional with a diverse background in prosecution and law practice. Currently serving as a Specialist Prosecutor at the Crown Prosecution Service since January 2016, Kunal plays a vital role in dismantling financial operations that support criminal activities while implementing legal strategies for asset restraint and confiscation. Previous roles include District Crown Prosecutor and Senior Crown Prosecutor, where responsibilities involved reviewing and prosecuting criminal cases. Kunal is also the Founder and Director of Dave and Co Consultants, a business that has expanded to provide a full range of services in accounting, law, and financial advice. Kunal's legal career encompasses positions as a Solicitor at Stuart Miller Solicitors and GH Cornish LLP, and experience as a trainee solicitor and civil litigation paralegal at S. Satha & Co Solicitors. Kunal holds an LLM in Comparative International Intellectual Property Law from London Metropolitan University and an LLB in Law from the University of Derby.
