Lewis Humphreys CeMAP has a diverse background in banking and legal advocacy, highlighted by a role as a Senior Coaching Consultant and Lead Culture and Behaviour Specialist at Nationwide Building Society from April 2017 to March 2018, where responsibilities included managing member relationships and team performance. Recently, Lewis served as an Advocacy Clerk for the Crown Prosecution Service in November 2023, overseeing clerking for multiple court centers. Previous experience also includes roles at NHS Digital as a Senior Training Manager for the COVID-19 vaccination program. Lewis holds multiple certificates from The Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service in areas such as employment law, workplace mediation, and managing discipline, and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (honours) degree at The Open University from 2023 to 2027.
