Luke Staton

Luke Staton is a Senior Crown Prosecutor at the Crown Prosecution Service since November 2019, following a progression from Crown Prosecutor to Legal Trainee (Pupil Barrister). Prior experience includes serving as a Caseworker at LloydsPR Solicitors and roles in customer service at Tesco. Practical legal insights were gained through shadowing a Circuit Judge at Blackfriars Crown Court and undertaking social security casework with the Free Representation Unit. Educational credentials include a Master of Laws (LLM) from BPP Law School and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from UCL, complemented by earlier experience assisting at Charminster Library.
