Megan Summerfield is a Crown Prosecutor at the Crown Prosecution Service, focusing on the Thames Valley and Chilterns Magistrates Court team since November 2025. Previously, Megan served as a Solicitor in the Regulatory Law team at Wokingham Borough Council from June 2021 to November 2025, specializing in Criminal Prosecutions, Civil Litigation, Education, and Regulatory Law. Additionally, Megan had a partial secondment supporting the litigation team at the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead from March 2023 to January 2024 and worked as an Apprentice Solicitor at Shared Legal Solutions between September 2018 and June 2021. Early career experience includes a role as a Summer Receptionist at Stokenchurch Medical Centre and a Weekend Sales Assistant at WHSmith. Megan's education includes obtaining an LLB in Legal Practice and Skills and pursuing a Master's in Law in Legal Practice from The University of Law, alongside A-levels from Strodes College and GCSEs from Sunbury Manor School.
