Ruth Patel MCIPD is currently the Workforce Planning, Insight and Design Lead at the Crown Prosecution Service. Previously, Ruth served as a People Insight Manager at the Ministry of Justice UK from 2018 to 2021 and held several roles at the Crown Prosecution Service, including HR Manager and HR Consultant/Advisor.
