Shauna Carroll

Shauna Carroll is currently a Senior Crown Prosecutor in the Magistrates’ Advocacy Team at the Crown Prosecution Service, where they advocate on behalf of the Crown in various hearings and manage high caseloads. Previously, they served as a Trademark Examiner at the Intellectual Property Office UK, honing their legal analysis and advocacy skills. Shauna also gained valuable experience as an HMCTS Court Administrator at Swansea Magistrates’ Court during the pandemic and as a Legal Assistant with Victoria Legal Aid in Melbourne. Shauna holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Investment Management from Moscow State University and a Bachelor's degree from Chengdu University in Foreign Affairs.
