Lucy Becker

Lucy Becker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public affairs, regulatory oversight, and governance. Currently serving as Co-Chair of the Consumer Advisory Panel for the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario, Lucy also holds the position of Vice President of Public Affairs & Policy at the Retirement Homes Regulatory Authority. Additional roles include Public Member at the National NewsMedia Council, Council Member at the Electrical Safety Authority, and Director on the Board of Directors for the Bereavement Authority of Ontario, College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, and Don Valley Community Legal Services. Lucy’s previous experience includes serving as Vice President of Public Affairs and Member Education Services at the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada from July 2011 to June 2021. Educational qualifications include a degree from Ryerson University.
