Mina Kavanagh

Mina Kavanagh is a seasoned professional in the regulatory and legal field, currently serving as the Sr. Decisions Administrator at the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario since May 2021. Prior experience includes a tenure as Director of Investigations & Resolutions at the College of Optometrists of Ontario from August 2011 to May 2021, and Director of Professional Programs at the College of Opticians of Ontario from August 2003 to August 2011. Earlier positions involved serving as Complaints Resolution Officer at The Law Society of Upper Canada and Manager of Professional Conduct at the College of Opticians of Ontario. Mina Kavanagh holds an Associate Level degree as a Law Clerk from The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Belgrade Law School.
