Andrew Lowe, Pharm.D, APh, is the Vice President of Clinical Pharmacy at Comprehensive Pharmacy Services. They have served as a Clinical Professor at Western University of Health Sciences since 1997 and previously held the position of Director of Pharmacy at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center from 1988 to 2011. Andrew also worked as Director of Clinical Education and Consulting at Comprehensive Pharmacy Services from 2002 to 2014 and directed pharmacy services for the County of San Bernardino from 2005 to 2014. They earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from UCSF in 1987 and a Bachelor's degree in Psychobiology from UCLA in 1977.
