Lisa S Roberson

Lisa S. Roberson, DrOT, MPA, CLT, OTR/L, is the Director of Rehabilitation at PAM Health since 2025. They previously served as the Director of Therapy Operations at Encompass Health from 2011 to 2022, overseeing a 60-bed inpatient rehabilitation facility. Prior to that, Lisa was the Regional Director of Operations at Brookdale Senior Living from 2006 to 2011. They have also contributed as an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences between 2021 and 2022, and held a Clinical Specialist role at Genesis Rehab Services from 2004 to 2006. Lisa holds a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Eastern Kentucky University and a Master of Public Administration from Hodges University, reflecting their extensive educational background.
