Sonja Harris

Sonja Harris is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at CPS, bringing extensive experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, and organizational development across multiple industries. Prior to CPS, Sonja served as the Vice President of Human Resources at EdR Collegiate Housing and Purchased Parts Group, where they played a key role in turnaround operations and human resources management. Sonja also held the position of Director of Human Resources at Pennakem LLC, contributing to senior management strategies for a specialty chemical manufacturer. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Management at the University of Memphis.
